Diane is the Founder & President of ConnectHR. She started ConnectHR as a way to serve small to large businesses who desire an innovative, fresh perspective on their current HR needs without the challenge of adding to their workforce.

Diane is an active community leader in the Greater New Orleans area, contributing her time and talent to the betterment of the community. Her civic leadership activities include Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, Nominations Committee Chair for New Orleans African American Museum, immediate past chair of Jefferson Rise Charter School (Board Chair), immediate past Chair for the River Region Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Her greatest joy has been serving as a Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship, for the New Orleans-Metairie Class since 2021.
